As an award winning chef and a commercial fisherman in Bristol Bay, Alaska, I've been looking to close the link between my customers and the food that they eat. Truly sea to table, The Gypsy Fish Company aims to use food as a means to create stewardship for the sea and land and build community through food. Distributed throughout California through a unique hub system, we can create distribution points throughout the state. Not seeing us in your community? Inquire about creating a new hub there! We also have access to Pacific Cod, Halibut, Rockfish, Scallops and other Alaskan seafood.
