Hello, my name is _______, and I’m a constituent residing in (town name), Alaska. 

I’m calling because I strongly oppose the sale of public lands currently included in the reconciliation bill. The sale of ANY public lands will negatively affect our hunting, fishing, and gathering opportunities, our recreation, and our ability to get out in wild places. It will also negatively affect Alaska’s outdoor recreation economy, which is the fastest growing in the nation. 

I am calling to urge you to publicly oppose the sale of public lands, to vote no on the reconciliation bill, and to defend Alaskans’ ability to hunt, fish, gather and recreate, our outdoor-based economies, and our ways of life. 

Once these lands are gone, they are gone forever.
