Urge the Alaska Board of Fisheries to take what they learn at the Joint Protocol Committee meeting, what public comments say, previous requests for action on trawling, and go into the October Board Work Session to create a board-generated proposal that updates the management of the trawl fisheries in a manner that provides clarity and transparency for the ADF&G and the public.
