We do this by sourcing the salmon locally, in small quantities and staying committed to handling details that result in the best possible product. Our salmon is traceable from the harvest, hand-cutting, packaging and delivery. We see our business as hand in hand with the success of the Bristol Bay community and commercial fishing fleet by supporting their direct marketing efforts.
