High Tide Fisheries

We are a Minnesota based fishing family who spends summers in Bristol Bay, Alaska. We sustainably catch sockeye salmon and have a portion of our catch custom processed and brought back down to the lower 48 for our friends, family and customers to enjoy. Our Captain Luke Wilson, Naknek, AK native has been fishing commercially in the waters of Bristol Bay for 15+ years and his wife, Kayla Wilson has joined him for the past 5 years. We couldn't imagine not being a part of one of the world's last sustainable salmon fisheries and are grateful to be able to share our catch with consumers! We take pride in the fact that the salmon you purchase from us, was hand picked from our net, handled with the utmost care, chilled immediately and hand filleted in an FDA certified facility in Bristol Bay, Alaska. Our salmon is flash frozen after being filleted and is never thawed and refroze, therefor maintaining its high quality. We love what we do, and would love to be YOUR FISHERMEN!
